Consulting and engineering engagements are the only line available to buy today. The software subscriptions, digital products and mobile apps below are in development — nothing is on sale, and no customer is being billed for any of them. They are listed here so the terms are public before anything launches, not to suggest you can buy them now.
Every line is sold by Zulaiy Technologies LLC. Products will run on their own domains with their own signup, support and product terms, but the seller of record, the entity on your invoice and the name on your card statement is the same company throughout. Our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy already cover every line, with a dedicated section for each.

How you are charged
Quoted in writing before any work is chargeable, then invoiced against the milestones in an accepted Statement of Work. Nothing recurs.
Cancellation & refunds
You pay for work delivered; anything prepaid for work not yet delivered is refunded.
Software subscriptions In development
Hosted software products sold on a recurring plan, each on its own domain with its own signup and product terms.

How you will be charged
A free trial where offered, then a recurring monthly or annual charge that renews automatically until cancelled. The plan price, the billing interval and the exact date of the first charge are shown before you enter card details.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel any time from inside the product. A money-back window applies to your first paid charge, and annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused whole months.
Digital products In development
One-time purchases delivered electronically — no physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped.

How you will be charged
A single charge at checkout. Access or download is delivered immediately by email or account, and there is no recurring charge.
Cancellation & refunds
Refundable within the stated window if the product has not been substantially downloaded or consumed, and always if it is faulty or misdescribed.

Apps published to the Apple App Store and Google Play, some free and some paid.

How you will be charged
Paid apps and in-app purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their own terms — not by us. Where an app is sold with a web subscription instead, it is billed as a software subscription.
Cancellation & refunds
Purchases made through an app store are refunded by that store under its policy. We will help you raise the request, but we cannot refund a charge we never received.

How payment works across every line
- Today, the only thing we bill for is consulting work — quoted in writing and invoiced against an accepted Statement of Work. No recurring charge exists on any customer.
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) before you pay.
- Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- When products launch, purchases made inside a mobile app will be billed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and refunded by them.
- Only subscriptions will ever recur. Consulting engagements and digital products are one-time charges. Nothing is billed on a repeating basis unless you subscribed to it and were told so before paying.
- Every charge produces an emailed receipt, and every subscription will be cancellable from inside the product.
